After years of leading groups within organizations, Nüket now helps people become leaders in their own lives and businesses. As a leadership and executive coach for international professionals, she specializes in career and life transition coaching, leadership development and cross-cultural awareness.
Nüket has nearly 2 decades of experience in the corporate world, building and leading international teams in Europe, Middle East, and Africa as well as Asia. She was originally sent as an expatriate on assignment from California and has since been living in Belgium.
Through her own experience as an executive and as a coach, she has witnessed the power of coaching as one of the most effective tools allowing executives to move beyond their analytical knowing and access new possibilities to create breakthroughs for themselves and their organizations.

I’d achieved most of my goals - yet more and more I would find myself feeling unfulfilled and having the thoughts of “Now what? Is this it?”
It wasn't an easy decision to make - leaving behind my executive pay and perks, not to mention all the time and money I'd invested in my education and career. And, I knew it was time for something new.
So I went back into exploring, learning and training myself so I could embark in a new direction.
It was during this time that I found coaching and knew I was home.

Prior to creating her own business, Nüket worked for Fortune 500, medium-sized companies and start-ups in IT, as well as International banking. Her corporate background has given her extensive insight into international business and people management. She was part of the executive team as vice-president of European Marketing for Avnet Europe. Her other roles included Director of EMEA Marketing for Adaptec, Inc. as well as other management positions.
Nüket is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and an Accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also trained in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and is a graduate of CTI’s Co-Active Leadership Program, an innovative and experiential 10-month leadership development training. Nüket is also is a certified user of several assessments and personality tools including the CCL Benchmarks 360 suite, WorkPlace Big Five, FIRO, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
Nüket holds a Master in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, as well as BA’s in International Relations and French. Additionally, she trained for 4 years in Holistic Traditional Naturopathy and has completed many courses in personal development, leadership, communications and various healing modalities. She is passionate about life, learning, exploring the world and having fun while doing business.
